南非對六角鋼螺釘啟動防衛措施立案調查

2018年4月24日，世貿組織（WTO）防衛措施委員會發佈南非代表團於2018年4月23日向其提交的防衛措施立案調查通報。應南非鋼鐵協會（the South African Iron and Steel Institute）提交的申請，南非於2018年4月20日對進口六角鋼螺釘（other Screws Fully Threaded with Hexagon Heads made of Steel）啟動防衛措施立案調查。涉案產品的南非稅號為7318.15.39。本案損害調查期為2014年7月1日~2017年6月30日。
利益相關方應於立案之日起20日內以書面形式提交本案評述意見以及聽證會申請。
