MINISTRY OF FINANCE Notice is hereby given, for announcing the determination of the sunset investigation on the imposition of anti-dumping duty on carbon steel plates originating in or imported from Brazil, mainland China, India, Indonesia, Korea and Ukraine as follows: starting from 14th, September 2022, the imposition of anti-dumping duty on the aforesaid products shall continue with the ratified rate for 5 years; in view of the influence on the overall economic interests of the country, the imposition of anti-dumping duty on Ukraine shall be suspended for a year
