BUREAU OF STANDARDS, METROLOGY AND INSPECTION, MOEA Notice is hereby given, for the stipulation to accept applications from the third-party testing laboratories of domestic non-profit juristic persons for recognition of the Designated Testing Laboratory for "Belts for Work Positioning and Restraint and Work Positioning Lanyards, Full-Body Harnesses and Safety Belts (Fasten Type)", which are subject to legal inspection (stipulation has become effective since 26th, October 2022); the aforesaid third-party testing laboratories applying for recognition shall be granted an accreditation that demonstrates compliance with Paragraph 1 of Article 4 of "Regulations Governing Recognition of Designated Testing Laboratory for Commodity Inspection" by a domestic accreditation body who is the signatory of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Mutual Recognition Arrangement (ILAC MRA)
