MINISTRY OF FINANCE Notice is hereby given, for announcing the determination of the 2nd sunset investigation on the imposition of anti-dumping duty on portland cement and its clinker originating in or imported from mainland China as follows: starting from 9th, November 2022, the imposition of anti-dumping duty on the aforesaid products shall continue with the ratified rate for 5 years
