立陶宛經創部提出10億歐元進行綠色經濟與能源轉型的計畫

立陶宛經創部提出10億歐元的財務支持計畫，以進行綠色經濟及能源轉型，主要聚焦於3大領域，分為企業、創新與投資的公私部門計畫、政府與企業的數位化、綠色經濟，下分為11個子項目並補助廠商相關計畫，各子項目名稱、預算與預計公佈需求/截止日期請參考附件。
前11個子項目中有5個與綠色經濟有綠色經濟領域有關，分別係能源高效部署(Energy efficiency for deploying solutions)、裝置再生能源資源(for the installation of renewable energy resources)、為中小企業開發環境友善產品或科技(for the development and implementation of environmentally friendly products or technologies for non-industrial SMEs)、增品能源效率的生產科技(for the implementation of production technologies that increase the efficiency of energy consumption for industrial companies participating in the emissions trading system, for the implementation of renewable energy resources)、參與碳排放交易系統的公司(industrial companies participating in the emissions trading system)。
2023年3月另外2個子項目將徵求相關計畫，分別為參與潔淨能源科技、系統與基礎建設的可能性研究(feasibility study for the preparation for the implementation of clean energy technologies, systems and infrastructures)、產業的替代能源介紹(for the introduction of alternative fuel in industrial enterprises)；預算金額分別為50萬、4,278萬歐元，所有計畫需在36個月內執行完畢。
立陶宛經創部將對所有錄取計畫補助總成本30-50%不等的金額，最高補助金額為90萬歐元、最低為7.5萬歐元，在Alytus、Kaunas、Klaipeda、Marijampole、Panevezys、Siauliai、Taurage、Teliai及Utena等城市執行的提案，補助金額將再增加15%。
我國在資通訊產業、再生能源設備、節能產品及節能解決方案等領域發展良好，立陶宛經創部的補助計畫，可望增加對我國相關產品的需求，本組將隨時登載最新商情資訊並適時媒合臺立廠商促成商機。
