美國商務部(DOC)公告延長對我國圓形焊接碳鋼管(Certain Circular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes)反傾銷命令

一、美國商務部(DOC)於113年1月11日於聯邦公報公告（如附件），由於DOC與美國國際貿易委員會(ITC)認定倘撤銷反傾銷稅，將可能導致傾銷持續或再次發生，並對美國內產業造成實質損害，爰公告延長該反傾銷稅命令，續課5年反傾銷稅。
二、經查我商目前稅率如次：
- 鑫陽(Shin Yang Steel Co., Ltd.)：1.71%；
- 中鴻(Chung Hung Steel Corp.)、遠東機械(Far East Machinery Co., Ltd.)、Far East Machinery Group、至興精機(Fine Blanking ＆ Tool Co., Ltd.)、厚俐(Hou Lih Co., Ltd.)、高興昌(Kao Hsing Chang Iron ＆ Steel Corp.)、優而一(Lang Hwang Corp.)、今湛企業(Locksure Inc.)、新錩(New Chance Products Co., Ltd)、品泰(Pin Tai Metal Inc.)、Shang Jouch Industrial Co., Ltd、萱華工業(Shuan Hwa Industrial Co., Ltd.)、經捷科技(Titan Fastech Ltd.)、永暹貿易(Yeong Shien Industrial Co., Ltd.)、宥昕精密工業(Yousing Precision Industry Co., Ltd.)：2.73%；
- Yieh Loong Co., Ltd.、Yun Din Steel Co., Ltd.：24.80%；
- Tai Feng Industries, Inc.：43.70%；
- 其他廠商(All Others)：9.70%。
